Urbanspace enters into operating agreement on retail development in the Columbus Circle MTA station

Urbanspace, one of the city’s premier food hall operators and manager of several of the city’s largest holiday retail fairs, has entered into a Management Agreement with the owner of Turnstyle, a 27,000 square foot retail market in the Columbus Circle subway station.  Urbanspace will oversee the leasing and operation of Turnstyle, and expects to use their existing retail contacts and experience to bring a new and exciting mix of tenants to the Turnstyle development.  A recent article in Crain’s New York  on the development can be seen here.

We are pleased to represent Urbanspace with attorneys David Rubin and Marc Silverstein heading the engagement.
