S. Preston Ricardo, a partner in our Litigation Group, was profiled in a Law360 “Secret Lives of Lawyers” column. The feature article highlights Ricardo’s participation in long-distance triathlon competitions around the country. In both 2014 and 2015, Ricardo’s cumulative race results earned him a ranking among the world’s top 1 percent for the 40-44 age group at the World Triathlon Corp.’s Half Ironman distance, which consists of a 1.2 mile swim, 56-mile bike and 13.1 mile run. Jeffrey T. Golenbock was quoted in the story stating that “the experience of training and competing in triathlons has made Ricardo even more disciplined and focused at his job…” Ricardo is currently training for the 2017 full-distance Ironman that is held in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
