GEAB&P Represents Plaintiffs in GM Recall Bankruptcy Litigation

GEAB&P, as bankruptcy counsel, along with class action litigation firm Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz, filed suit in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York seeking declaratory judgment that General Motors is not immune from damages claims resulting from the ignition switch defect. By failing to disclose the defect, GEAB&P asserts that GM violated plaintiffs’ due process rights and committed fraud on the court in connection with the 2009 court-approved sale in the bankruptcy court.

GEAB&P was the first firm to seek relief in the bankruptcy court on behalf of wronged plaintiffs.
