GEAB&P corporate co-head Larry Bell quoted on properly valuing acquisition assets

Lawrence M. Bell, co-head of the corporate practice group at Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP, is featured in an article on The article, entitled “Intangible Assets Face Scrutiny in M&A Transactions” describes how goodwill write-downs over the past year are factoring in to current merger and acquisition negotiations, and how companies might be taking a harder look at intangible asset values due to concerns over possible hits to their earnings.
