Food and Hospitality Group partner Martin Hyman quoted in Food Industry News

Martin S. Hyman, a partner in Golenbock Eiseman Assor Bell & Peskoe LLP’s Food and Hospitality Group, is quoted in the January issue of Food Industry News in an article titled “Kraft vs. Starbucks: What’s Brewing.” In the article, Mr. Hyman discusses the inner workings of producer and distributor relations through the lens of the dispute involving the coffee giant’s attempts to end its 12 year old relationship that allowed Kraft to distribute Starbucks coffee to grocery stores.
