We also handle M&A transactions, refinancing, capital raises and strategic partnering arrangements.

• Purchases and sales of controlling interests in insurance companies, including the recent sale of an industry-leading insurer to one of the largest insurance conglomerates.
• Ongoing representation of a provider-owned insurer seeking to meet the diverse goals of its provider-owners.
• Design and negotiation of complex shareholder agreements for substantial physician groups; intended to enhance current profitability, permit smooth future ownership transition and enable effective physician recruiting.
