  • Effective October 28th, 2017, GEABP clients Paul Mulligan and Fran McGorry acquired Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC, the bottler that has exclusive rights to manufacture, distribute, promote, market and sell Coca-Cola beverages in the New York City, Philadelphia and Wilmington metropolitan areas, most of New Jersey and portions of the Hudson Valley and Southern Connecticut.   In conjunction therewith, Liberty also acquired the rights to distribute, promote, market and sell certain Dr Pepper/Seven-Up and Monster beverages in portions of the same territory.  GEABP’s representation in this engagement also included assisting Liberty in negotiating a credit facility and acquiring over 20 separate real estate interests.  The press release on the transaction can be found here.
