Marc S. Silverstein
Of Counsel
Mr. Silverstein has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in complex commercial real estate transactions, including leases, subleases, assignments and amendments of office, retail, industrial and medical spaces. He handles every aspect of commercial leasing transactions including lease negotiation, structure, drafting and review. Mr. Silverstein represents purchasers, sellers and developers in conveyances and acquisitions of commercial property with combined financings in excess of $100 million. He also drafts and negotiates partnership agreements, operating agreements, equity purchase agreements and construction access agreements.
In addition, Mr. Silverstein represents cooperatives and condominiums in connection with governance and real estate issues.
