Jane Waldman

Ms. Waldman is an experienced real estate attorney who has handled a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, ground leasing, sale leaseback transactions and Section 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. Ms. Waldman has represented both landlords and tenants in connection with the retail, office and warehouse leasing of free-standing, multitenant, mixed-use, and shopping center premises. She has also represented numerous cooperative corporations in connection with their underlying cooperative loans and has experience in Franchise law, representing franchisees and sub-franchisees on related leasing transactions and the negotiation and conclusion of franchise agreements.
