Elizabeth A. Jaffe is an of counsel attorney of the firm. Ms. Jaffe’s practice involves intellectual property litigation and counseling in a wide range of areas and a broad spectrum of industries. She has represented and counseled clients such as Sharp Electronics Corp., JVC Americas Corp., the Estate of Shel Silverstein, and the Estate of Georgia O’Keeffe. Ms. Jaffe has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, including ICANN proceedings, arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, private mediations, and court-based ADR programs.

Representative cases handled by Ms. Jaffe include:
