  • The sale and acquisition of radio broadcast stations serving Columbus, OH, Kansas City, MO, Fresno, CA, Lubbock, TX and Denver, CO markets.
  • The sale of a music publishing company’s portfolio of copyright assets.
  • The sale of the publisher of The Daily Racing Form, a national, multi-media information company dedicated to providing premium data driven content and authoritative editorial coverage to horse racing enthusiasts.
  • The acquisition of a software company providing technology solutions to healthcare industry.
  • The acquisition of preferred stock of a specialty financial services firm focused on the U.S. residential mortgage market.
  • The sale of an emergency medical transportation services company to the world’s largest international rescue company.
  • “Turn-key” acquisitions of food and beverage establishments and related equity financing transactions.
  • Raising capital on behalf of restaurant operators through a private placement of limited liability company interests.
  • The formation and issuance of equity securities of a pooled investment vehicle on behalf founders.
