Anastasia A. Slivker
Associate

Anastasia Slivker represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing and general corporate and commercial matters. She advises clients on corporate structuring, governance and financing and has experience with stock and asset acquisition deals for private equity clients and strategic buyers and sellers, in both domestic and cross-border settings. In addition, she counsels entrepreneurs, startups and emerging companies on a wide range of issues including formation, capital raising, business strategies, equity arrangements and general corporate governance.

Anastasia commences each engagement by establishing a deep understanding of a client’s business and challenges, enabling her to provide practical and effective solutions. She has experience in numerous industries and sectors, often working with teams in different parts of the business to develop integrated strategies. She is fluent in Russian and advises Russian clients and clients from former Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries in connection with their existing or prospective business interests in the U.S.
