Nina P. Grayson

Ms. Grayson concentrates her practice and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and similar business transactions of public and privately owned businesses; securities offerings including public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, corporate governance and compliance for public and private companies; venture capital transactions for companies at all stages of development; venture capital firms and investment banks; and bank financings. Ms. Grayson also has significant experience in general corporate representation, including matters related to business formation, creation of capital structure, as well as employment matters, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Ms. Grayson regularly represents companies in the manufacturing, medical device, software and financial services arenas and aggressively advocates the interests of the companies and their shareholders in connection with the negotiation of strategic alliances, capital raising transactions and general corporate matters.
