Valerie A. Price

Ms. Price concentrates her practice in the corporate finance arena and on a wide range of corporate and securities transactional matters, including venture capital transactions involving both emerging growth and established companies, private and public offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, and similar business transactions. Ms. Price also has extensive experience in general corporate counseling, including matters relating to joint ventures and strategic alliances, licensing and distribution arrangements, employment and executive compensation, formation, structuring and reorganization of business entities, and corporate governance and reporting requirements.

Ms. Price regularly counsels a variety of public and private companies on a general and transactional basis and is noted for her skill in providing emerging companies with focused business and legal advice from formation to initial public offering. Additionally, Ms. Price represents a diverse base of investment groups, management teams and financial advisors in various transactional matters.
