Dallas Albaugh

Ms. Albaugh is a member of the firm's bankruptcy group and focuses her practice on all aspects of bankruptcy matters and corporate reorganizations. She has represented chapter 11 trustees, chapter 7 trustees, debtors, creditors, lenders, committees, plan proponents, and landlords in a wide range of bankruptcy cases. Ms. Albaugh also has substantial experience representing indenture trustees in large chapter 11 cases. Her practice includes bankruptcy litigation, including the prosecution and defense of adversary proceedings, and providing advice on out-of-court restructurings and other insolvency-related matters.
