Lawrence R. Haut

Mr. Haut is an experienced business, commercial and transactions lawyer whose practice focuses on practical, innovative solutions that provide value for clients. His expertise ranges from acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and the structuring of joint venture transactions and investments, to negotiation of executive compensation arrangements for clients in a multitude of industries. His practice also encompasses general representation of clients with consultation on a myriad of day-to-day issues.
