Rosa Balestrino

Ms. Balestrino is an associate in the firm’s corporate group, and specializes in representing clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and dispositions in a wide range of industries; transactional corporate and commercial matters, including sales representation and distribution agreements, for domestic and international entities; and the formation and operation of joint ventures, limited liability companies and partnerships. Her clients include individuals, private equity funds, public and private corporations, and not-for-profit organizations. Ms. Balestrino is fluent in Italian and French, and has basic language proficiency in German and Spanish.
