We are a mid-size law firm located in New York City. We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality services, comparable to the largest law firms in the world, but attractively priced. Our attorneys, trained at the best law firms, regularly work with international companies, large U.S. companies, and law firms that use us as their New York or U.S. counsel. We counsel private equity investors, middle market companies, and individual investors and executives.

We like our size - small enough to be collegial, large enough to staff major engagements for name-brand clients. Four of our attorneys created the firm in 1982 in order to work in an environment of shared work, quality lawyering, and an understanding that to be most productive, people need to balance their work and personal lives.

Today the firm has grown to 40+ attorneys. Our clients receive personal attention from the most experienced partners undiluted by layers of professionals in-between.
